Helping Every Voice Be Heard

Thank you for visiting the Autism Hear Us Now PAC website. We hope visitors will find our site to be helpful in understanding how each individual registered voter can contribute so in turn we can support Federal political campaigns endorsing legislation that impacts individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Mission Statement

young autistic boy being tested at the doctors office. As a non-partisan independent expenditure-only Political Action Committee, we are determined to identify and support the election of officials who will support the following issues:

  • Aid programs that create classroom environments that are structured to assist the needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Provide training and assistance to teachers of special needs programs.
  • Provide education and training for first responders to better recognize the symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Further assist in educating the citizens to better understand the myriad of signs and symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

If we all have a better understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder, we can minimize tragic incidents from happening in our homes, schools, and communities.

2020 Election – Independent Expenditures

Your donations to the Hear Us Now PAC allowed us to drop over 450,000 pieces of mail in support of various candidates including Congresswoman Brownley, Congressman Chris Smith & Congresswoman Sewell.  As an  indirect result all three candidates were reelected which in turn allows them to continue to support legislation for autism-related needs.  Thank you very much!

Super PACs, officially known as “independent-expenditure only committees”, may not make contributions to candidate campaigns or parties, but may engage in unlimited political spending independently of the campaigns. Unlike traditional PACs, they can raise funds from individuals, corporations, unions, and other groups without any legal limit on donation size.

According to FEC advisories, Super PACs are not allowed to coordinate directly with candidates or political parties. This restriction is intended to prevent them from operating campaigns that complement or parallel those of the candidates they support or engaging in negotiations that could result in quid pro quo bargaining between donors to the PAC and the candidate or officeholder. However, it is legal for candidates and Super PAC managers to discuss campaign strategy and tactics through the media.

This Autism Hear Us Now PAC web portal is intended to represent fundraising for Federal political candidates that have sponsored, co-sponsored or support legislation that supports Autism and specifically for legislation that supports medical and educational programs for individuals on the spectrum.
